Head of the study “Chinese business – how to operate effectively in the Silk Road era” at the Leon Koźminski Academy, and former PKP Cargo Management Board plenipotentiary for Eastern markets.

Past experience includes Alternate Director and member of the Board of Directors at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) on behalf of Poland (2016-2018), President of the Centre for Poland-Asia Studies (CSPA) think tank, and author of several books on China and Asia.

He studied (as a Ministry of National Education scholarship holder) at Chinese universities, among others, Sun Yat Sen University in Guangzhou and Beijing University.
